What does full-service property management include?
DPM helps with tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination and owner reporting. Your management agreement defines the services and responsibilities for your property.
Where does DPM manage properties?
We serve Winchester, Strasburg, the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. Share your property address so we can confirm coverage and discuss your needs.
How do I get started?
Use Get in Touch to tell us about your property, or request a rental analysis from the Owners page. We will discuss its rental status, your goals and a proposed management plan.
What makes DPM different?
DPM combines local experience in Winchester and Northern Virginia with personal communication and connected owner and tenant tools. Our approach keeps daily management and reporting organized.
Is DPM licensed in Virginia?
DPM lists Virginia real estate license #0226030679. Contact our team if you need firm information as part of your management decision.
How will I stay informed?
Owners can use their portal for financial information and maintenance visibility, alongside communication with the DPM team. We agree on expectations and responsibilities when setting up management.
Where can I see my property's financial activity?
Use Owner Portal Login at the top of this page to access your account and available statements. Contact DPM if you need help accessing your account.
What should I include in a rental-analysis request?
Share the property address, property type, current condition and whether it is occupied. Add your intended rental timeline and any questions you want us to address.
How are maintenance decisions handled?
DPM coordinates requests and vendor follow-ups under your management agreement. Approval requirements and spending limits are agreed with you so responsibilities are clear.
How do I pay rent or view my lease?
Select Tenant Portal Login at the top of this page. Your account provides access to payments, lease documents and messages with your management team.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Submit a request through your tenant portal with a description and photos when useful. For urgent property issues, call 540-227-0757. For immediate danger or a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
How do I apply for a home?
Explore Our Communities and contact us to confirm availability. Use Apply Now to access the rental application; submitting an application does not guarantee approval or reserve a home.
What support can our HOA board request?
Discuss community communication, common-area maintenance and vendor coordination with us. Your proposal will define the specific services included.
Who approves spending and vendor work?
The management agreement defines spending limits and approval requirements. Your board keeps its decision-making role, and work requiring approval goes to the designated board contact.
How do we explore switching management?
Request a consultation with your community location, approximate number of homes and current priorities. We will discuss existing arrangements and transition timing before proposing next steps.
Do I need to renovate first?
We consider properties in their current condition. Share any known repair needs so they can be considered during the property review.
What happens before an offer?
We discuss your goals and review the property, its condition and relevant details. If a purchase is a fit, you receive proposed terms to consider.
Can I choose the closing date?
Tell us your preferred timeline. Any closing date depends on the property review, closing requirements and mutual agreement.
We don't have a written answer for that yet — ask us and we'll reply by email.
